I can't sign in to the app
Check that your username and password are typed correctly. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot your password?” option on the sign-in screen or ask your coordinator to reset it.
How do I get a user account?
Accounts are created by each institution. Ask your club's or federation's coordinator or administrator to set one up for you.
Does the app have a cost, purchases or subscriptions?
No. The app is for viewing and logging information and includes no payments, purchases or subscriptions.
